When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

2. Returns

At Waylon, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund, or exchange it for something else. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund. Buyer must pay for the return shipping and handling charges. Please include a copy of your receipt along with the returned or exchanged goods. Custom items are nonrefundable.
