Q: How do I cure my slice?

Q: What is the turn-around time on a custom bag?

A: The journey of your bag from our hands to your door will be either  25, or 35 business days from the date of mock-up approval and receipt of payment. For pricing information on the delivery turnaround times, please visit custom bag turnaround time.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do! Most countries costs an additional $150 per item. Some countries will require more depending on the shipping and duty rate.

 

Q: Is there an extra charge for additional logos?

A: If you want to pay extra for more logos, we’ll happily take your money. But typically we do not charge extra.


Q: What types of golf bags do you offer?

A: We offer six different types of golf bags, 3 staff bags , a mini-staff bag, a cart bag and a player bag. Typically, we recommend the Player stand bag for recreational golfers. They use a double-strap system to equally distribute the weight of the bag on a player’s shoulders. Staff bags are larger in size, and are most often seen strapped to the back of a golf cart. The 10” staff bags are typically used by professional golfers. If you have trouble deciding which bag(s) to get, please visit the features and benefits page.


Q: How much do the bags weigh?

Staff bags-  Approx. 11 lbs

Player bag-  Approx. 6 lbs

Mini-Staff bags- Approx. 9 lbs

Cart bag-  Approx.8 lbs


Q: Are the colors on the Customizer the only color options?

A: Our stock colors are what is listed in the Customizer, we do offer the options of dyeing new colors. If you need your bag to match a specific color please visit www.pantone-colours.com to find the code and we will match your color for an additional $100 per color.


Q: Can someone help me design my bag?

A: We would be more than happy to assist with your bag design, simply email us at info@waylongolf.com with your logos and we can send you a mock-up and answer any questions you may have within 24 hours. If you are in the area, please visit our HQ and we would love to help you in person, call in advance just incase we are out golfing.


Q: Are the bags screen printed or embroidered?

A: We love embroidery because it is more premium, but we can do screen printing for an additional cost. Please consult with a member of our design team if you would like to know if an image can be screen printed at info@waylongolf.com


Q: Can I put a trademarked logo on my bag?

A: We require written permission from the organization to put any trademark or copyright items on your bag.



Q: Can I customize all your products?

A: We are currently offering custom options on just our golf bags and head covers. Our Lifestyle Collection customization is coming soon! Look for the Screen Shot 2015-08-14 at 11.50.49 AM.png icon next to the all the customizable products. We want to craft products that’s unique and reflect your personal style on the field, in the classroom, or in the office.



Q: Can you customize a bag I already own?

A: We cannot customize a bag once assembled. If you already own a waylon bag you can purchase a new customized panel or strap to give your bag a fresh look.


Q: How do the colors look in person vs the colors on the palette shown?

A: Due to the limitations of the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. If you would like to see the materials in person, we can send you sample swatches for $20. Once you choose the material of your liking and the swatches are returned we will apply the $20 towards your order.


Q: Can we send you a patch to sew on?

A: We can attach any patch that you already have to the bag for an additional $80 per bag.


Q: Will the borders/background be removed to make the image more clear?

A: Before a bag is sent to production our design team reviews the mock-up and will remove any negative space from the logos.


Q: What format does the image need to be?

A: The best file format to use is .jpg but you can email us .ai or .eps and we can upload the image for you.


Q: Is there any other material besides synthetic leather?

A: We currently only offer the best in class microsuede backed synthetic leathers for our golf bags . If you have a specific material request, we would love to hear, Waylon is always looking for new opportunities to give our customers the most individualized items possible.

 

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: We do offer payment plans for orders of $5,000.00 or more.

 

Q: What are the warranties with the bag?

A: Waylon warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace products at our option. Normal wear and fading of product is not considered a manufacturer's defect. Please visit Shipping & Returns for more information. 

 

Q: How do I return my bag? 

A:  At waylon, your satisfaction is the utmost importance to us. If you wish to return your non-custom waylon bag back to us for a complete refund, please include your order confirmation, unused bag attached with original hang tags inside the return package. Once your bag has been received, we will issue a complete refund for your order.
